Mower deck Honda Hydrostatic HF2417 Ride on Mower Blade not disengaging

Hi,

I took the under carriage off to correct the blade positions after driving over a tree stump and now find the blades spinning in the disengage position.
When lifting the lever to engage I hear the levers pneumatic effect and the engage light comes on on the dash board. But there is no change in the spinning of the blade. Its always on.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Take your time, you need to retrace your steps when you removed mower deck & reattached, you left something disconnected or a connection became disconnected.
