hrm215 stops running after 30 min.

My Honda HRM215 after about 35 min. starts to run rough and stalls. It won't restart till hit cools down about 15 min. I replaced coil its still stalling? Any ideas?

Once it stalls and won't restart, first do a spark check. Replace/clean spark plug. If spark is bad, could be a bad plug, bad high tension lead, improper flywheel air gap, etc. Get the ignition working 100% of the time so it will consistently give a spark.

If spark check is good, there's a 99% chance you have a fuel/air supply problem. Check air filter, breather tube, oil level. Check fuel tube. Remove & clean (or easier, just replace) the entire carburetor. Replace any worn/torn gaskets, spacers, insulators. Check choke operation, check for good governor, verify throttle cable adjusted good, etc. (in no particular order)

Any other symptoms? Smoke, knocking, etc? While unlikely, you may be looking at internal problems (worn rings, poor compression, valves out of adjustment) and either get a pro shop to inspect and test or get the factory shop manual to DIY repairs.
