CMM1200-3 How to replace rear axle - need visual help

I stupidly pulled the rear axle off my unit (the 2 clamps holding the axle to the chasis) in an attempt to straighten the wheels. When I did, the height adjustment linkage "popped" out of place and I can not fit it back together. Does anyone have directions-- Video, diagram or some such aid? Thanks
