just brought home a yth 24v48 and it will not move, i've tried doing the purge tranny several times and still nothing. put it up on jack stands and the drive belt is moving and looks like it's routed correctly. I did notice that the rod attached to the "gas pedal" goes to a switch by the tranny, is that some sort of clutch switch? And, is it suppose to travel or move out? 'Cuz it doesn't look like the rod engages it very much. Any help would be greeeatly appreciated.

Make sure your bypass rod isn't pulled out. Sometimes folks will pull the bypass to roll them onto a trailer and bring them home, then forget to re-engage it.

See if the axle is turning inside of the wheels.
