I have a simplicity zt 3000 that internal gas tank fuel line is bad. First how do I remove sleeve from gas
tank? Second, I fixed the fuel line and battery was low, charged it and now mower does not turn over.
It makes a clicking noise from engine rear only. I have not tested solenoid or tried bypassing it. Any ideas
to either question? Thanks.

I would try to bypass your solenoid and if it turns over then replace it. If it does not turn over I think it may be your starter.

Post Simplicity model number please. Slow charge battery for two or three days then take battery to auto parts store for load test, this shouldn't cost a dime, this will let you know if battery is good or not. Hands on, check all wiring for loose connections, exposed wiring, wires chafing, corrosion, fuses, ground wires, and wire harness connections/plug-ins.
