Hello All,

I recently acquired this mower and I have noticed there are a few issues with it some major some minor.

Pictures of mower:

Largest issue about the mower is the rear right axle bearing has been gone a very long time. The axle wore through the outer race and into the fender. The left axle bearing is out too, but not worn through the bearing race.

The mower deck seems to be in good shape except for this area by the discharge chute.

It has been re-engined at sometime and the front end needs new bushings.

I am willing to do the work for this, but the help of finding parts is the biggest challenge for me.

Let me know what you guys think.

I am unsure of how old it is. I like some help identifying the model number of it. It has a 28 inch blade and currently has a 8hp engine. If more pictures are needed I would be glad to provide them.

It's a 30" from the late 70s. It's probably a model 3080 or 3081. The model # is on that tag on the triangular gusset below the seat.

Hope you got running. Unless you have some fabrication skills I would look for a junk yard fender. O yeah and that Deere seat would have to go or b painted black lol
