Toro Wheel Hourse 825

I need a rear differential for my mower and no one has it new or used HELP! Part number is 56-9960 they say they don't make it anymore but I can not even get the individual part for it the one is always on back order and it has been 6 months already. Can some one tell me were I can find one. Thanks...

The parts by themselves I have on order. It is 3 separate gears left axle right axle and center gear in the box. they can send me 2 of the 3 gears but the third is always on back order and I don't want to get anything unless I can get them all. the one gear on back order has been on back order now for at least 6 months. They say they will eventually re-manufacture the gear when they get enough orders for it but who knows how

long that would take or even if they will do it.
