As the title says, I have NO power to the console. Wont start and no lights or indicators on console. Brand new battery. The deck actuator works fine, indicating good charge on new battery. A couple of weeks ago, when I tried to start it, I got weak lights on the ignition when attempting to start and a sort of buzzing from the engine area. This made me think the battery was at fault, so I installed a new battery. Any idea where to start with troubleshooting?

Thanks in advance for any replies!!!

I also should have stated that all fuses in the panel beneath the console have been checked and verified good with an ohm meter.

My 729T had a simular problem. It turned out to be a bad PTO switch.

I always have a spare on hand. So I popped out the old one, tried the new one & everything worked. It had some corrosion on it, which lead me to believe it might be bad.

Look through the threads. There is one named something like Grasshopper owners read this. There is a link there to "The Mower Shop." In there you can find a wiring diagram for your mower.

Hope this helps.
