ZTR50 won't start

My Troy Bilt ZTR50 won't start. Apparantly it is a parking brake issue. The parking brake light comes on when I try to start. The Parking brake switch is being contacted by the handle and I have confirmed the switch is working with an ohmmeter. Does anyone know where to find an electrical diagram? Tough tryng to follow the wiring in the loom.
