So recently I've noticed small spots of dirt in my yard with a bunch of ants crawling around, and eggs everywhere. Is there a natural concoction I can whip up to kill the ants and eggs, and if not, what brand ant killer would you recommend that's safe on grass

The eggs hatch into larvae. The adult worker ants feed the larvae. No worker ants no larvae survive. Any ant killer on the market works just fine. I like the crumbles that can be spread with a lawn spreader. Follow the directions. The ants will be gone.
