how do I re attach throttle cable. I did not remove but can't figure out how.

The throttle cable has to slide through a clip that has a screw. From there the cable continues to the governor. With some maneuvering, the hook on the end of the cable should go into the hole and be flush with the housing.

Once the cable is set in place, move the throttle on the mower to full throttle. Then slide the governor slider to make it almost engage the choke but not moving the choke lever. (if the choke isn't separate from the throttle controls).
Tighten the screw that holds the cable in place with a 5/16" driver and your done!

Start the engine and test the choke and throttle to make sure it is working right. Adjust as needed.
