I live in Virginia near the coast in what is called the transition zone as far as temperatures go. I'm considering trying common bermuda grass since I already have what I call wild bermuda aka wire grass growing well. The only problem with the wild bermuda is that it invades the flower beds, runs out on the concrete and over the curb, will seeded bermuda do the same thing? I know it will brown out in the winter but that is not a problem. Any help here will be appreciated.
Thanks

Virginia university tested bermuda grass and found Yukon seed to be the best performer all around.
