I've been storing mine that way pretty much the entire time I've had a trimmer up until now. I like them hanging vertical but just wanted to try something different, with the addition of shelves too.

Yeah it looks neat how you have it. Here's a photo of how I have mine during the off season.

Ok here we are. Very basic but serves the purpose. My garage is about 10'x40' so the back is all mower stuff and the front is now clear to park in.

We have been buying Echo for a while now. I have an Echo Hand Held blower. a PAS 225, PAS 266, Pas 280, a regular 266 trimmer, a Timber Wolf Chainsaw, and a Back Pack blower. If memory serves me without looking at it I think it is a 756. We have had minimal amounts of problems with most of it. I highly recommend Echo Equipment and when I buy more it will be Echo.

Starting August 1, 2018 I started purchasing the battery powered 58 volt Echo Equipment. I am literally shocked at the quality of this equipment. I have the 4 AH battery in my weedeater and it is incredible how long it will run and how much work it will do. I honestly believe that it is as strong as a 266. Mine is the PAS unit and will accept the PAS attachments. I used the edger last week and was blown away with that as well. I know it will pull the polesaw and hedge trimmers with no problem. I honestly do not see why any homeowner would want gas powered equipment any more. I run this equipment commercially and it is doing an incredible job for me. I have the 58 volt hand held blower, 58 Volt hedge trimmers, and 58 volt chain saw.
