How many lawns can a one man company mow in a day

It depends on what kind of mower you have. If you have a ZTR you can do more than someone with a 21 in. mower! I know a lawn care person who can probably do 15-20 easy.

depending on lawn size and distance between lawns I could probably do between 10-20 a day in a 8 hour day?

As lawn mower fanatic says, It depends on what kind of mower you have and how big the lawns are you're doing. It also depends on what type of company or business you run. A mow and go guy could easily do 15 or 20 a day, a full service guy 10 to 12 and do them right.
