I have a Dixon Speed ZTR 54 inch with a Briggs and Stratton 22 horsepower Intek Extended life series( not sure of model number and such), I was wondering where would the fuel mixture adjustment screw would be? Mostly every time I start it I have to use the choke but when I push the choke down I have my engine speed all the way down and it stutter so I put my throttle in the middle is this normal? I would like to see if adjusting the fuel mixture screw would help.
ALSO,in low throttle (all the low) when I drive my Ztr as in drive forward in kind of idles down then when I would stop about 5 seconds later the engine accelerates by it self but I wouldnt move the throttle control is this also normal??

If you go onto the B&S website there you will see where to find the engine number, when you have it come back and post it here.
