oil is coming through the vent to the fuil pump and fouling out my plug and causing blue smoke does anyone know what the problem would be? thanks

If your engine has overhead valves, the first thing I would check is a blown head gasket. This would cause excess pressure in the crankcase forcing oil into the pulse line.
