Not really. Just a different size drill bit. The CNC's do most of the work. The machine operator just has to change bits and check parts to see if they're within spec.

I find it a weird that I can get a new Holley 600 for less than $400. Way bigger. Way more parts than anything that goes on a small engine.

Slime is water based. So even if you put it in a tube, it's going to leak out onto the rim and start messing up the paint and causing rust. It's always best to just fix or replace the tire or tube.

You're local tire shop can help you with that. Most wouldn't charge more than $10 each to install a tube. (+ the price of the tube)
