    They are tuned for 87 unless your owners manual states otherwise.

    No mower running the stock tune has optimum power or economy regardless of whats in the tank.

    I think it is Hustler that has the flip up deck, for easy clean up, or blade change etc.

    I would suggest trying to test ride as many on your list as you can.

    Last mower I had was a 46" (917) Craftsman, it constantly needed new spindles. But in hindsight I simply ran it too fast. I sold that one early & don't miss it.
