    If it has an electric PTO clutch then see if itís getting power. If manual engaged PTO see if belt is tight and on all the pulleys while engaging blades.

    I believe your model has 2 drive belts. If itís a shift on the go type it has a vari drive type clutch which both belts need to be changed at same time.

    You should do a leak down test on that low cylinder to see if itís the valves, head gasket or rings causing the loss. Toro Wonít have the support your looking for...need to just go by the engine...

    May as well pull the head off and see whatís going on. With 0 compression it will have to come off anyway.

    Look on the other side where the pin goes into the cams lobe. Sometimes they wear flat and donít contact the follower and provide the lift for decompression.
