    The 37 HP fuel injected model should do better on gas than the 32.

    If it is under warranty I would try fresh gas and if that doesn't fix it I would take it back to the dealer. Once you get to the part of taking things apart you may void your warranty.

    Yes, it is a blower for a bagger system. I don't know what brand or what size mower it is for. Without the whole system to sell for a specific mower I would have no idea what it would be worth.

    A good way to make gaskets if the part is flat is to put it on a scanner bed and scan it, now you have your pattern.

    You could use a test light or a volt meter to check for power. Neither cost much, buy one or the other and learn how to use it, it will be your best friend.
