I have checked everything you mentioned and all seems fine but when I placed the pins in the lowest hole, the deck lift handle went to the 4th position from the top before the deck topped out. That makes the deck much lower than before, when the lift handle would go all the way up. The issue is...

In the meantime, I lowered the cable pins to the lowest hole on the lift arms and that made it worse so back to square one.

Thanks again for your response. My deck does not have the hanging rods that are adjustable. As I mentioned earlier, my deck has the adjusting nut shown below. Also, the pull pins are already on the highest hole.

Hi folks. My 2012 LTX1046 is cutting slightly lower on the height adjustment side. The height adjustment nut is on the highest possible setting. What else could I do to level this deck? Thanks for your help.
