That was my problem, the hydro brackets were bent. Once I stepped back an looked at the mower I could see it. I ordered the hydro bracket upgrade kit and new belts but decided it was time to upgrade. I am having similar issues. My Raptor SD was purchased from a hustler dealer 5min from my house that went out of business. It started throwing deck belts immediately. I found a fix for that (a wider belt). Now I'm going thru hydro drive belts. I'll check for loose bolts but truthfully I'm ready...

The special sizes are a pain. I am still running the ebay belts with zero issues. I can go a whole season on the same belts now

50" Troy Built 127cm belt from Lowe's fits the 48" Hustler Raptor SD. It's slightly narrower but worked fine. Not bad for a weekend fix $46

Hello everyone... I purchased a brand new 48" raptor SD mower, get it home and it throws the belt on the 3rd pass down the yard. The dealer I purchased it from is closed for the weekend. From the looks of this forum this is a common problem with this mower. Wish I saw all this before...
