Anybody else have the problem that your left front tire on a zero turn mower shreds for no apparent reason? This happened to two tube-type tires in the sidewall. I don't see any interference with the yoke. I replaced the tube-type tires with no-flat wheels, but they make for a very rough ride. I would like to go back to normal tires, but need to solve the problem first. TIA

For the side wall to give out, it must be rubbing on something. Look on the inside of the yoke for missing paint.

Perhaps you are turning the same way every time with low air pressure. Stay with the solid tires and put a cushion on the seat.

Jack the end up & see if the tire can be moved side to side & as previously posted, look for rub marks on fork yoke.
