Recently discovered the right rear wheel is locked up. Seems to have hydraulic pressure because it make the usual whining noise when I push forward or pull back on the steering bar. The left side works normal but I don't want to mow in circles. This appears to be a mechanical and not a hydraulic issue. Is there something mechanical that could break or wear out, like a gear paw, lever, or locking device that could cause the right side wheel to lock up? .
