Looking at temperature charts for Cyprus I would like to spend the winter months there when the wind and snow are howling here. :biggrin:

But to your question, you may like to consider 10w 30 viscosity in the cooler months and 30 wt. in the warmer months. If you have the manual for your engine it will usually list recommendations for various temperatures.
