I am working on a White GT2055 with a hydraulic lift system. The deck will not raise or lower. I believe the valve is the issue. I have put new seals in it and took it apart a couple times. With the valve closed, in neutral position, I will get fluid out of the return port and both work ports. If I raise the deck with the hydraulic line for the down side off, it pulls up fine, and vice versa. It will lower if I pull the raise line off the cylinder. It is a 4 way, 3 position valve. The peculiar thing is the oil coming out of the work ports with everything closed. I have messed with the pressure relief screw in many position as well.
