Where does Honda spring 16593-ZM0-000 go?

This came off of a Husq mower with Honda GCV160 manual choke engine. I can't seem to figure out where this spring goes on the control arm of the choke mechanism.

16593-ZM0-000 Control Return Spring mounted on the side next to the engine.
