What's this part on the carb?

Did you actually disassemble the carburetor fully and clean the jets and passages with carb cleaner?
Yes. New gaskets installed on jet, top of plastic carb inner and main seal for bowl. Jet is clear as is throat tube. Used lots of gumout.
Installed new plug this afternoon even though I saw spark with old plug.
Found an unplugged wire under seat shutoff but nowhere to attach. Posted about it under Murray.
Also can’t find a fuse to check if it is blown.

Clogged passage way. Carburetor needs to be disassembled and immersed in carburetor cleaner or ultrasonically cleaned. Some passage ways are smaller than a human hair That black cap covers the adjustment screw. Move that screw slightly and it may cure the problem. When cleaning the carb you should of removed the cap, gently tighten the screw until it stopped...while counting the turns to stopping. Cleaned all and then backed out screw same number of turns. Running properly it only requires a small bit of turn. That's why it has the black limiter cap.
