what adapter to recharge this lawnmower ?

Hi all, new here and i thought i'd register because maybe one of you can help me with a problem i'm facing with a lawnmower.
i've moved to an apartment complex where there landlord agreed to cut me some rent in exchange for taking care of the block, mopping floors, mowing the lawn, etc.
the lawnmower there is battery powered but missing the adapter, the guy taking care of this before must have fled with it, i'm looking to find a replacement adapter ASAP but problem is even when i called the company they couldn't help me, they're having trouble even recognizing the model
the battery doesn't have polarity indication so i can't just try an adapter or i risk reverse charging the battery, here are some pictures...
maybe someone can help ? i feel bad having to throw away an perfectly good mower only because i can't figure out which adapter i must use...
