There are different designs in trimmer racks sold by different brands that are very helpful, to base an idea off of. One is to make something so the trimmers don't spin around in the rack. Another is to have something that supports the trimmer engine, because there have been times it snaps because off all the weight from the engine.
I'm sure some of these designs are patented, though.
