Water in Gas, Help Needed!!!

Someone (Thieves) always “sabotage” my stuff (& stealing).
They put the water in my gas can, I forgot to pour it into the clear container before I used it.
So I filled my rider with this gas & it won't start.
I just pumped out & drained all the gas up to the fuel filter.
What should I do above this fuel line that goes into the engine & how do I do it?

I tried to upload the picture but the system says “file is too large for the server to …” on some photos.

Hook up all your hoses, change the filter if you want. Keep your fuel shut off in off, put good fuel in the tank. Drop the bowl off the carb and empty and clean. Leave the bowl off and turn your fuel on till you get a good stream of fresh fuel coming through the carb. Shut off the fuel, put the bowl back on and you should be good to go.

Thank you so much. Can I still use the existing fuel filter (which is not old)?
Can you tell me how much water is in these 3 containers?

You can use the existing fuel filter if you think it's good, it will get flushed. No I can't. You can let them sit for a couple of hours and it will separate.

There's a water locating paste that will tell us how much standing water is in the gas .

Do not use any fuel put into any plastic container that is not approved for gasoline. You could destroy your engine.

I use the red gas can that’s why I didn’t see it had been tampered with.

I bought the new gas.
#1 & 2 pic - compare to new gas in a glass jar
#3 pic - Compare to oil (5W30)

So I believe it's oil, thieves also add more oil to the oil tank. Because it doubles the height above the max line on the dipstick. They also did it last year but it looked thinner so I drained it out & changed the filter & new oil again which I just changed it not too long ago.
Should I pump the oil out to the correct level?
Does oil mix with gas or separate like in the pic?
I know that oil can mix with Diesel.
I'm gonna try to clean the carburetor today.
In the past, they added water to my rider, power washer, etc.
Any more advice & recommendations?
Thank you.

Water should be at the bottom.

Another way to determine if there is water , remove the gas hose at the carb , gravity or let it pump some in a veggie can and see if it will burn .

Water should be at the bottom.
In the 1st container (coke bottle), the top portion is gasoline. What is the darker color on the bottom? Water (why it's dark like oil) or oil? I have attached the photo of gas that came out of the carburetor, it looks like water at the bottom, it does not look dark like in the coke bottle. (I just drained it today & I still can't get it to start). Sorry, I didn't see the message on page 2.IMG_4866.JPEG
