hi guys names Nate i am new to the forum so be gentle. I have a troy bilt tuffy that has a drive engage problems. It is related to linkages , the first issue came when i was cutting and couldn't stop the lawn tractor. This was due to a linkage that had come loose. I re- installed the linkage with much effort, i had to spring the drive engage and disengage pully to get the rod to connect back up. After doing so I tested the tractor and again it would not stop even though i felt the load of the springs that control the drive engage pully. It appears that now the pully is not being unloaded enough. I did not change any of the settings on the rod with threads that make that linkage or any other settings i just connected the rob back were it came from. I took the deck off and noticed the pully is kinda pulling upward making it very hard to push the pedal. Anyone seen this before,if you think some pictures could help I can supply those. Thanks for the help.
