Hey everybody! I'm new to the forum and a new Troy Bilt owner. I out my lawn mower in the garage tonight and went to move it and I couldnt. I took the brake off because I always set it and put the hydrostatic transmission in the reverse position and nothing happened. The engine bogged down and the transmission whined like it wanted to move but couldn't. It's almost like the brake is still set. Anyone k ow what the issue could be?!?! Any help would be much appreciated! PS when I pull the lever out at the back so I can push the mower by hand it's still locked up and won't move! Picture of model number and other specs in thumb nail!!
The disc brake on the side of the tranny is still stuck. Should be located in front of the right tire on the side of the tranny. Push or pull slightly and you will hear it go click.
