I started it earlier and it started, but seemed like it wasn't at full power. I was just moving it replace the belt and blades. After that, it started but died after a minute. Replaced the fuel filter. Started it with the air filter cover off (read to do that and spray carb cleaner while it’s running). When I started it, it was still running weak and died. After that it won’t even turn over, just clicks. (I can see the starter gear move, making the clicking sound).

Any help appreciated

Get the voltmeter , or take battery to local Auto parts store, have it load tested & volts test.

If good, & you can start it, check battery volts while it is running, should be higher than 12.6, more like 13v or even 14volts. Then you'd know it is charging.
