I have a "Trim Along 5" string, two wheel, push mower, made by Montgomery MFG, in Abilene KS. I am looking for a new mandrel, pulley, and skid shoe. I haven't been able to find any information on this make of string mower. It has a B&S 5HP engine, and was a good unit. I am sure some other mower mandrel (modified) could work if I could find one with the same mounting specs and mandrel height. If anyone has any information mor ideas, please let me know.
I think the model number in the "5" in the name trim along. The only other identification on the mower is a tag that gives the manufacturer which is "Montgomery Mfg 0390". I think the "0390" is a serial number. That is the only information or markings on the mower. Any help in trying to find parts will be greatly appreciated.
