my toro timecutter is a 2007 and for the past month I have been having trouble keeping it running properly? changed oil, oil filter, fuel filter, and the magneic needle on the bottom side of carburater, and spark plugs. Mower will be running fine then will just cut out and STOP? will not restsrt till engine cools down and sits for hours? WHAT is going on? ANY IDEAS?????
