Toro mower cuts but won't self-propel

My 5 yr old Toro 4cyl super recycler mower won't self-propel. I wonder about the belt and if this is easy to replace. Is there a video or easy to find instruction for homeowner?

Please post the model and serial numbers. Most of the Toro belts can be replaced in about 30 minutes.
