That is one serious green tractor. I didn't know they made turf tires that big.

It's a 2002 model 4210, it may look large compared to a garden tractor but it's the SMALLEST model in the mid size chassis 4000-ten series Deere introduced that year. Rear tire size is 13.6-16, with FEL and RB installed, it weighs about 3400 lbs with a fuel tank of fuel...gross hp is 28, pto hp is 22 with the Ehydro.

I guess it's the perspective of the photo -- I took it to be a much larger tractor. Those tires look huge but they're not very big at all.
