Thinking about an air ride Seat conversion

Ferris 1500 nice suspension but I screwed up my lower back ( L1 & 2 pinched nerve) and I'm thinking about a seat conversion. The ZTR puffer looks like a contender.
Any one using an air ride?
How do you like it?
What's the additional seat height do to you? I could easily put in risers for the feet. If it were necessary.
Tried something better?
cost is not an issue.

I would have to say I should of got it with the mower new, best 550.00 I've spent in a long time. Still has a lot of bounce but it removes the hardness, seams like your floating when you get it adjusted to the correct setting.

Was in my Ferris Dealer today. Needed a Sthil Pole Chain saw. Planned on discussing the options on air ride seats with the folks. OH MY FERRIS AND TORO both have a really slick Mechanical seat. So on a huge *** Ferris (ridged Frame - unlike my suspended IS1500) I got to try the Mechanical seat.
I ordered one and for less than $600 I think it was $525 I didn't pay much attention after I heard the words "Five hundred."
They can get it with the Under-seat-switch so I have no wiring harness to screw with and on the up side there's no pump or electronics to fail.

I'll report back after a couple mowings

Be sure to post pictures as well as if you like it. How long before it's installed?

Installed it today. Took less than 20 minutes
half inch deep socket swivel 6" extender and shorty ratchet
The wiring harness matched the new seat so no screwing around with wiring

Flip the seat unscrew the half inch nuts ( four of 'em)
Un-clip the wiring connector
pull the old seat
-
Put the new seat in the same four holes
Install the four nuts
Push the connector in
POOF the magic seat fairy has spoken

Looks like the same seat I have with a different cover, do your arm rest lift and have a adjustment for height?

There is an adjustment under the arm rest

I mowed the lawn today.
Enormous difference~!!!!
Did not bottom out once which meant I was mowing a hell of a lot faster and substantially stress was way far less.
The machine rocked tilting me, but no hitting the seat pan, My yard is converted farmland so it's rough in spots
