I recently acquired a Snapper RER circa 1986 with a Tecumseh 8HP TVM195. The mower sat for about 3 years with fuel in it, so I had to disassemble the linkages and carb to clean it out. It now runs and starts fairly easily, but since the linkages are not correct, the RPMs are all over the place and it eventually dies.
I can't for the life of me figure out the linkage for the throttle and governor. If someone has a diagram or picture of this setup it would be greatly appreciated.
