Tecumseh motor.

I have a snowblower with a tecumseh engine model#143-035001 that starts then stalls. I replaced the carb , new plug and checked to make sure it gets spark and gas and it does. When i look at the plug it is dry. What else might i check to get this thing running ??? Thanks

143.035001 > HSSK050 - 67410T

Check valve clearances. IN > .004 EX > .008

Perform Leak down test to check cylinder condition. Should less than 20% leakage.

Checked . Put air in plug hole and it blows out carb and exhaust so i guess needs valves done.
