Gents, some of you may remember my first attempt, this is version II from the lessons learned.
I added metal up rights an a water pipe for the cross member to create a proper support. Next I lopped off the front corners of the top so that it would clear obstacles easier(square just wasn't cutting it). The cover material has been doubled, I looped off 1" all the way around of the bottom layer, folded & glued to add strength. This also allowed me to fit and contour the top to fit nicely. It is then held on with strips of the same material as the frame across the front and rear of the top. Top is easily tipped up and down for boarding. r
