I have a hustler zero turn model 926519. Cranks but won't start. Has new battery . Has a Honda 18 hp motor

Check to see if the choke is fully closing. Will this unit start if you completely close the carb throat with the palm of your and or drizzle a little fresh fuel into the carb?
