Repairs Slows after a few minutes to NO GO

If you pull the brake back and it goes

You need a new spring

Drive it with the center cover off so you can see what goes on when it stops pulling

Did you replace both belts

(( racing is the only sport that you need two balls ))

No, pulling back on the pedal didnt do any good. I did open the cover and watch the long belt slip horribly. It does tighten up but it seems that the pulley doesnt move as freely as it should. the two belts also seem pretty worn. They were changed less than 10 hours of mow time ago. Somethings not right.
