Hello, I have a Scott's lawn tractor, model L2048. The problem I am having is that even when the throttle is fully engaged, the tractor moves very slowly, and in reverse barely at all. Is it possible that I need a new drive belt? It seems like it must be a trans problem and since it is a sealed transmission, I can only presume that it might be the drive belt. Also, is it difficult to change? Thanks
