First post here.. A friend gave me a SCAG belt driven walk behind recently. Runs great but it needs new belts.
I looked and looked and can't find a model # / serial # tag on the machine. Is there anywhere this information may be stamped on the frame?
It is a 48" deck with a Kawasaki FB460V 13hp engine. From my searches it appears the 48" models usually have bigger engines, so I'm not even sure if this is the original..
Can y'all help me figure out what I've got so I can get some parts ordered? Many thanks!!!

Go to scag.com, click on operators manuals, find SW Belt Drive Walk-Behind mowers.
This model was started in 1986 and is still in production. The SW48-13K or similar is what you have. You will need to go thru the parts manuals to be able to identify which specific model that you have.
