Satoh / Mitsubishi Beaver cannot shift into gear

I have a two wheel drive Satoh / Mitsubishi Beaver that sat for years (outside & missing a key) that I was going to work on. It is stuck in gear & cannot roll. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. Joe Z
