Quick Connector ?? for attachments

I have a question regarding the quick connection system on a 600 series. I am assuming a few things so here goes. Has grasshopper always used the same quick connection system for their attachments? Or has there been a change? If there was a change any idea what year they made the change?
Thanks

Short answer no. In 1995 Grasshopper changed their mounting system to what we use today. Prior to that the drive shaft connected the same , but the deck had pins ( instead of the nylon bushings) that were pushed in from the side. I had an old plow with this pin system that would mount on my mower if I took the nylon bushings and carriage bolt off.

Go yo ebay and search item # 191431693312 . Its a grasshopper lift arm assembly. You can see the way the older decker were mounted.
