there is a BLACK PLASTIC Piece that changes the gear speeds and also puts the mower in park
I cant seem to find that part or part number. It attaches to that second photo and it sits to the right side of the steering column
need some advise please.

Thanks. I didnt think but it makes sense part of the brake system
