I have decide to spruce up the old Honda.
I think it is circa 1990 or such. The usual red with silver alloy deck.

Is there a reference chart with colour codes for the engine and starter cowl covers?
This is its sister, same colour.

After some digging on the net I found a Honda document from 2013.

it appears that these codes may apply

Early engine fan covers, recoil starters
Bright Red R8 --- 08707-R8

Power equipment
Power Red R280 --- 08707-R280
